Luann Carra is a local Fells Point artist who specializes in up-cycle mosaics, paintings & sculptures. Finding her components on the streets of Baltimore, forests & beaches. She has owned her own art and wellness space for over 20 years here in Fells Point. As part of this amazing community she has taught various classes and supported many local artists!
